I did get asked some actual hard questions...and I even answered them...and then I looked back and the video was 12 minutes long...
Turns out answering just one hard quesiton on Vlogbrothers is hard enough, and that's not really the sprit of the Question Tuesday. I might edit those into smaller videos and put them on Twitter, Facebook and/or Hankschannel if I have time. Basically, hard questions are hard...

I I had to pause this one in the middle to do something and I have to say the face John is making at 2:08 is fantastic. You can interpret it many ways but I think it conveys his love of pears quite well.
It also made me think of a topic for HFS, the science of the face, or facial expressions... ok the truth is I feel like the HFS guests could spend 10 or so hilarious minutes speculating about the cause of the face and discussing the muscles needed to make it!
Hank, there is no such thing as being too excited about fruit! (But this is coming from someone who invented a religion based on pineapple and chocolate, so I may not be the most objective authority on the matter.)
This is either early or late for question Tuesday, but I would like to know more about printmaking that was cool! I didn't know woodcut prints were by nature a limited run! Or is this somewhere on Art Assignment?
"If you wanna get a little bit less of a partisan hot take..." I was rolling my eyes just before he said this and then I started laughing. As long as he realized how biased and unsubtle it was, it's all good.
Woodcut prints are SO beautiful!!!!!!! Makes me want to be a 90s kid when I actually saw a bunch of them and fluffy baby first-memory books. And there was no internet. But then I wouldn't be watching this.
Please don't ignore this comment.
I'm a huge Wes Anderson nerd and I'm trying to get into his next movie.
If you go to this page https://www.crowdrise.com/bruces-chance-to-get-into-a-wes-anderson-movie
you can help me in my effort.
Dear Hank & John,
I have a big question that's been bothering me for a while now. Hank, a few videos ago you mentioned that you have begun to censor a lot of comments which were hateful and inappropriate. While I think that's wonderful and it's about time someone did something (on any platform), here's my question: I am someone who holds a lot of opinions (on homosexuality, etc.) which are not socially acceptable. Are discussion - appropriate, respectful discussion - of those opinions allowed? I've considered myself a Nerdfighter for many years now and I guess what I'm really asking is if I am welcome as a part of this community anymore.
Hey Hank (and John! And my fellow nerdfighters!), this is a super random question and I know that it's already over but what do ya think about the guys over on ASAPscience. I haven't seen a lot of their stuff so idk if they're nerdfighters but they're pretty cool guys who seem to want to decrease world suck and love science (like you guys).
Printmaking was one of my favorite, but time consuming, art classes I took. For one of my projects, instead of carving into metal or wood, I used a small CNC milling machine (my dad's) to carve out some super geometric designs into clear sheet acrylic. My professor went ape shit over them because he'd never had someone use that method before.
I haven't thought about that class in a while. I should find those prints and photograph them.
" *I hate pears.* John Smith is a character I made up, but I won't know that. I'll think I am him, and he might do something stupid like *eat a pear.* In three months, I don't want to wake up and be human and taste that. And six. Now I have to talk for around about a minute without hesitation, deviation, or whatever the other thing is. It's like that panel game on Channel Four, like Rory just pointed out. However, I'm going to move on and say number seven, and talk about my other favourite band, which is the Housemartins. I don't know if anyone remembers the Housemartins, but the best gig I ever went to was at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre in about December, it must have been 1990, and the Housemartins were playing, and it was quite simply the best gig I've ever been to. They split up quite soon afterwards; I don't know what that tells you about that particular event. I'm sitting in the TARDIS now, and I'm going to wind up soon, but not before I make a few strange noises with my mouth that will go somewhere along the lines of bingle bongle dingle dangle yikkety-doo yikkety-dah ping pong lippy tuppy too tah."

PSA: you can NOT get an uber from LAX anymore :( (I tried last year)
To get around this you can A. get a taxi (expensive), B. get a shuttle (potentially expensive, ymmv), or C. Get on a free shuttle to a random car rental place, and hail the uber there. :) I like option C.
But Uber can drop you off at LAX for departing flights with no problems.
That is all. (unless there are questions!)
